Native to Rodia, but also found elsewhere in the galaxy, this solitary hunter has been the bane of many adventurers and small, poorly armed villages – gaining the moniker Swamp Demons on Rodia. As the nickname suggests they feel at home and hunt mostly in swamps, hiding beneath the surface and attacking with sudden ferocity and lethality.
A few daring hunters prey upon the Ghest, some of these, and particularly Rodians, have even gained the title “Ghestslayer” for notoriously hunting down theses creatures – either for fame, revenge or whatever motivation anyone would have to hunt such a dangerous predator.
Skills: Brawl 2, Perception 2, Stealth 3, Cool 2, Vigilance 1.
Talents: Adversary 1
Abilities: Ferocious Ambush: On the Cool check made when ambushing, the Ghest may spend a Triumph to automatically be granted a surprise round before players roll initiative.
Fearsome Ambush: Upgrade Fear check twice if Ferocious Ambush is activated.
Thresholds: Wounds: 25
Weapons: Teeth and claws (Range: engaged; Damage: 7; Crit: 3; Special: Pierce 2, Vicious 3).
Notes: A Ghest encounter should usually be accompanied by a Fear check. The difficulty of this depends on the group’s power level and the GM as always. My suggestion would be a Hard or Daunting check by default – perhaps even with an upgrade too. This should be upgraded twice more if the Ghest scores a Triumph on its Cool check to ambush the party. Flip a Destiny Point if you want the group to suffer further.

This was first published on the GSA site.
My first article/supplement (call it what you will) ever published on the GSA site. Mandalorians and Death Watch.
The document is also linked to here and here, it contains NPC stats, some new versions of already existing gear and some new vehicles.
“Of all the mercenaries and bounty hunters out there, few strike as much fear into the heart and minds of the general population as the Mandalorians. Driven by some odd sense of honour and warrior code, these mercs and hunters perform their violent job with neat and thorough proficiency…”
Kyuzo hails from the planet Phatrong. The species largely kept to themselves, but were known for producing skilled and honourable warriors. Kyuzo warriors were renowned for their athletics prowess, being extremely fast and adept at running and jumping.
Athlete: Kyuzo receives +1 Boost die to athletic checks for jumping and running.
Swift reflexes: Kyuzo begin play with 1 rank in the Dodge talent.
Wound Threshold: 10 + Brawn
Strain Threshold: 10 + Willpower
Starting XP: 90
So, while continuing the work on Known Threats I’ve made some new gear. Generic gear. This update also contains generic stats for mercenaries and rebels.
It’s not finished yet but here’s an updated version.
Right, so while I’m still in the process of making this document, here’s a compiled preview, some of the ships has already been posted here, but there are more in the document. Some things are not properly clarified, in particular the Micro Tractor Beam. The idea with it, as far as I understood Jedimerc, was to let it decrease handling of the enemy ship, perhaps even slow it down. Although how to handle that I’m not sure of yet.
The NPCs have not been tested at all, I won’t have a game session before the new year, probably not well into the new year, so please test and send me feedback somewhere, here or commentary on google drive.

Furthermore an updated version of FTBC with some more armour attachments is uploaded.

So, after the initial army troopers, and no need for making naval troopers (they’re already in EotE), I decided that the special mission troopers from Rules of Engagement (WEG) could be posted too … as always this is untested, done with some consideration, but my experience with making NPCs in general, and in particular for EotE is limited at best. So suggestions are appreciated.
Imperial Army Special Mission Troopers:
Skills: Ranged (heavy) 3, Perception 2, Cool 2, Vigilance 1
Talents: Lethal Blow 1
Soak/Defence: 3 / 1
Thresholds: Wounds: 12
Equipment: BlasTech E-11 (with unmodified Targeting Scope attachment [FTBC:8] – alternately a Blaster Rifle with Teleoptical Sights from EotE), Armoured Clothing, extra reload, utility belt, survival gear, electrobinoculars.
Skills: Mechanics 2, Computer 2, Skullduggery 2, Ranged (light) 1
Talents: Gearhead 1
Equipment: Armoured clothing, utility belt, Tool Kit, Outlaw Tech Data Breaker, Imperial Munitions/SoroSuub SC-4 (FTBC:6) OR Blaster Pistol (EotE).
In case you wonder, FTBC is a reference to the Free-traders and Bootleggers’ Catalogue.
So, I’ve started small. I present here members of the Imperial Army. The trooper and the veteran trooper WEG called them, I’ve renamed the latter into Sergeant – could of course be lieutenant too, or Officer. I’ve based it on the naval troopers in EotE, but changed a few skills. As always these are untested.
